Our main base is Wantage Health Centre, Mably Way, above the two main Wantage GP practices. We also have clinics available at Wantage Leisure Centre and at Richmond Village, Letcombe Regis to both its residents and the wider community. We also offer home visits for those who are unable to attend one of our clinics.
At Progressive Physiotherapy we treat Musculoskeletal problems including spinal and joint pain, sports injuries, arthritis, occupational related disorders and post-operative rehabilitation, in both Adults and Children. We also offer treatment of neurological conditions such as Stroke, MS and Parkinson’s.
Experience has enabled us to make sound judgments regarding the most effective way to treat pain and injury. No two cases are identical and best results are achieved when the person is treated as a whole.
At the initial appointment, as well as making a full physical assessment to reach a clinical diagnosis, time is taken to address the patient’s individual lifestyle and factors that may have contributed to the condition. From this consultation a unique, comprehensive treatment plan is created for each patient. We also believe in helping our patients to understand fully their condition and its causes so that every effort can be made to avoid a recurrence.
